3. Subscription Services

3.2. Subscription Term: Subscriptions commence on the date of subscription and will automatically renew for successive periods of every month unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 10 days before the end of the current term.
3.3. Fees and Payment: Subscription fees are as displayed on the subscription page. Payments can be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and are due on the [Due Date] of each [Billing Cycle].
3.4. Termination: Either party may terminate the subscription with [Notice Period] days' notice. If the subscriber breaches any terms, HelloKuwait reserves the right to terminate the subscription immediately.
4. Affiliate Program
4.1. Enrollment: To participate in the HelloKuwait Affiliate Program, affiliates must submit a complete application via the website. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.
4.2. Promotion of Services: Affiliates agree to use promotional materials provided by HelloKuwait and comply with all marketing guidelines and laws.
4.3. Commission Structure: Affiliates are entitled to commissions based on subscription fees received from customers referred by them, per the commission structure outlined on the affiliate program page. Payouts will be made monthly, either in PHP or KWD, and subject to reaching a minimum payout threshold of [Amount].
4.4. Termination: The agreement can be terminated by either party with [Notice Period] days’ notice. HelloKuwait reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Affiliate violates any term.
5. Use of Services

5.2. Prohibited Conduct: Users must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or harmful activities that could damage HelloKuwait’s reputation or services.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content, materials, and intellectual property made available through HelloKuwait remain the property of the Company. Users and Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the content only for the purposes allowed under these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms and Services
7.1. Modifications: HelloKuwait reserves the right to modify these Terms or the services provided, including subscription fees or commission structures, with [Notice Period] days' notice to users or affiliates.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.2. HelloKuwait’s total liability for any claim related to the use of its services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
9.1. HelloKuwait reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s access to the website or services at its sole discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms.
9.2. Upon termination, users will lose access to any paid services and will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees unless otherwise stated.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
11. Entire Agreement
11.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HelloKuwait concerning the use of our services and the Affiliate Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
